Job Description

The Product Integrity Specialist at Funko coordinates and manages data related to product testing for direct shipments. This role involves working with the Product Safety team to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage testing documentation to support the direct ship process from factories to retailers. Responsibilities include maintaining online records, responding to requests from various teams (Product Development, Creative, Packaging, Procurement), documenting processes, assisting in CAP resolution, updating factory scorecards, and preparing newsletters. Experience in product safety/compliance within consumer products, specifically apparel and/or hardlines, is essential.

Must have:

Product testing experience (apparel/hardlines)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and efficient time management
2+ years in product safety/compliance
Familiarity with factory environment

Good to have:

Experience with retail companies in North America
Experience in the toy industry

The Product Integrity Specialist is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and updating data pertaining to product testing in preparation for Direct Shipments. Works with the Product Safety team to research and analyze data and prepare reports. The role is key to managing product testing reports to facilitate our Direct Ship process from factory to retail customer.

What You’ll Do

Work in various online systems for maintaining and managing records.
Respond to requests from US-based Product Development, Creative, Packaging and Procurement teams.
Document and maintain processes and procedures when modified.
Assist in CAP resolution of failed test reports with factories
Assist Product Safety Analyst in updating, uploading records as needed.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of factory scorecards.
Prepare and share department newsletters with factories.

What You will Bring

Dedicated commitment to creating and updated processes
Familiarity with product testing, preferably apparel and/or hardlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be effective in managing internal and external relationships.
Proactive and highly organized with the ability to multi-task across many ongoing projects and meet given deadlines. Efficient time management skills and adaptability with an ever-changing business.
2 or more years' experience in product safety/compliance within consumer products with global-based factories.
Experience working with retail companies in North America is highly preferred.
Familiar with the factory/manufacturing environment, the toys industry is an advantage.

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65,000 - 82,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units
