Shift Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-2:00 AM
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Identify and prioritize physical security and safety needs for staff and properties.
Monitor physical security operations center including electronic access control, network video, mass notification, and fire detection systems in a Security Operations Center.
Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, threats, activated alarms, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, suspicious activity, and other incidents or conditions.
Manage company identification and access card processes.
Perform duties related to the control, monitoring, and granting of access into controlled areas.
Investigate and respond to reported suspicious activity.
Provide excellent service, customer relations and communications skills in dealing with employees, vendors, visitors, and contractors. Create and maintain an atmosphere that is responsive, courteous, and respect; presents a professional image of Physical
Document physical security activities and incidents to comply with company records retention policy.
Provide oversight and direction to contract security personnel.
Conduct proactive interior and exterior marked vehicle and foot patrols for deterrent and incident response.
Participate on committees or work groups as assigned.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of related experience required.
Requires developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
Requires developed skills to perform day-to-day activities.
High school diploma or equivalent, Specialized training in security procedures or equivalent preferred.
Must have first aid and CPR/AED certification.

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $28.13 - $44.95 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
