As a Parts Advisor, you will provide critical parts support to the service centre, liaise with other departments, as well as focussing on the continuous development of your skills. As a parts advisor you will be responsible for:

Sourcing and allocating part:  as a parts advisor you will source and allocate part in our location in Warsaw as well as support our technicians and mobile technicians

Quality Checks:  You will receive and check quality of the relevant parts and ensure all paperwork is accurate

Point of contact: You will communicate any updates to technicians and Service Centers when required

Monitoring inventory: You will assist in monitoring inventory within the parts system, rearranging any appointments where the parts will not be available on time if required

Reviewing processes:  You will process returned warranty parts for review

Ensuring Health and Safety regulations: You will ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to, for both employees and customers

• Organizowanie i przydzielanie zasobów serwisom, technikom oraz technikom mobilnym
• Organizacja zaplanowanych zadań, odbiór i kontrola jakości zamówionych części oraz prowadzenie dokładnej dokumentacji
• Przekazywanie aktualnych informacji technikom i centrom serwisowym w razie potrzeby
• Transport i dostawa części pojazdem dostawczym lub wózkiem widłowym; współpraca z przedstawicielami innych firm
• Monitorowanie inwentarza części w systemie, rewizja terminów w przypadku niedostępności danych części w odpowiednim czasie
• Przetwarzanie i analiza części zwróconych w ramach gwarancji
• Zachowywanie wszystkich przepisów i procedur BHP obowiązujących pracowników i klientów
