Job Description

Easybrain seeks a System Administrator to maintain and optimize its IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include administering the office network (routers, switches, Wi-Fi), supporting employees, managing inventory and equipment status, administering an office Linux server and build agents on MacOS, automating processes, managing access to company services, and participating in access revalidation. The role requires at least one year of system administration experience, network and MacOS administration skills, basic Linux and SQL knowledge, and experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Russian and intermediate English proficiency are mandatory.

Must have:

Jira/Confluence experience, SQL knowledge
Russian and intermediate English proficiency

Good to have:

Jamf, Fortigate FortiOS experience
Jira workflow development, Unifi skills
Bash/programming skills, Puppet/Ansible/Terraform

Easybrain develops mobile games and applications that millions of people around the world play every day. Right now, we are looking for a System Administrator to join our team, who will play a major role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Administration of office network, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi mesh;

- Support for company employees;

- Inventory management;

- Equipment status monitoring;

- Administration of office Linux server;

- Administration of build agents on MacOS;

- Process automation;

- Granting access to company services, including databases, servers, and third-party services;

- Participation in periodic revalidation of employee access.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator;

- Skills in administering network equipment and office equipment;

- Experience in administering MacOS, including user problem-solving, inventory management, and automation;

- Basic skills in working with GNU Linux (Ubuntu/Debian);

- Basic knowledge of SQL query language;

- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence;

- Responsibility and attentiveness;

- Russian language proficiency is a must;

- English language proficiency (intermediate level or higher).

Will be a plus:

- Experience with Jamf;

- Skills in working with Fortigate FortiOS;

- Skills in developing workflows in Jira;

- Experience with Unifi;

- Skills in Bash and any programming language;

- Experience with Puppet, Ansible, Terraform.
