Job Description

The Partnership Manager in Seoul will acquire, develop, and grow Insider's partner network of digital agencies and consultancies. Responsibilities include managing daily relationships, driving partner sales, building partners' digital optimization practices, and collaborating with global offices to improve partnership strategies. This role requires strong digital marketing knowledge, agency experience, and executive relationship management skills. The successful candidate will develop go-to-market plans, manage partner onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, partner success). They will also negotiate partnership terms, become an expert on the Insider platform, and set regular meetings with global offices to ensure program deployment.

We are seeking to hire a Partnership Manager (Native Korean Speaker). The person, who takes this position, will be based in our Seoul Office.

The Partnership Manager acquires, develops and grows Insider Partner Network with world class digital agencies and consultancies.  This role will manage the day to day relationship between Insider and its strategic alliance partners and will focus on driving alliance partner sales and building the alliance partners digital optimization practice. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, digital agencies and consultancies, and channel ecosystems, and are passionate about helping partners achieve success.
 

Skills & Requirements:

    • 1+ year of partner/agency sales experience
    • Previous experience working with digital agencies and consultancies
    • High-level of business acumen
    • Fluent in SaaS business models
    • Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers
    • Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
    • Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights
    • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written
    • Must be motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently
    • Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team.

Job Description:

    • Work with Insider global offices to continually improve their partnership practice, grow their portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
    • Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider global offices and for the Insider Partner Network.
    • Support partners on boarding process and update them about partnership processes of our global offices.
    • Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion of Insider to the partners end clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams to grow Channels for Insider: Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success Team.
    • Negotiate partnership terms and present Insider Partner Programme.
    • Become an expert on the Insider platform, optimisation best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product road map and company vision.
    • Set weekly/monthly meetings with all global offices, get updates, satisfy needs, manage and encourage them for deployment of Insider Partner Programme.
