Job Description

The Workshop seeks a proactive Office Administrative Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Málaga, Spain. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks (scheduling, organizing meetings, handling parcels, welcoming visitors), providing high-level support to senior leaders (managing schedules, handling confidential information), enhancing office culture (planning events), and serving as a main point of contact for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, and a friendly demeanor. This is a 100% in-office position.

Note that: This is a 100% in office job and it is a 6 months fixed-term contract.

What you'll do

  • Multitasking Pro: Efficiently manage a range of administrative tasks, from scheduling and organizing meetings to managing parcels and welcoming visitors and contractors
  • Right-Hand to Leadership: Provide high-level support to senior leaders by managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with care.
  • Office Culture Champion: Boost team spirit by planning fun activities, celebrations, and social events that keep the office buzzing with positive energy.
  • Guest Experience Specialist: Welcome visitors with a friendly attitude, providing top-tier service and ensuring they feel at home in our office.
  • Office Organization Expert: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both employees and visitors. Bring creativity and innovation to make it an inspiring place to work.
  • Office Resource Specialist: Serve as the main point of contact within the office, assisting employees and visitors with any needs or questions and providing helpful support across departments.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Friendly attitude and ability to organize events that enhance the workplace atmosphere
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectivel
  • Strong written and verbal communication English
