Social Media & Influencers Manager

Are you a creative, outgoing individual with a passion for connecting with audiences in the gaming world? IO Interactive is seeking a Social Media and Influencers Manager to lead and execute innovative content strategies across our social channels. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage influencer relationships, host livestreams and events, and act as the public face of IOI, engaging directly with fans and communities.

What you will do:

• Drive and implement the strategy for content on all social media channels.
  
• Develop and execute innovative ideas for engaging content tailored to IOI’s audience.
  
• Identify, book, and manage influencers aligned with IOI's brand and games.
  
• Host interviews, livestreams, and other online events to connect with fans and communities.
  
• Act as an official spokesperson for IOI across online and offline platforms.

Who you are:

• Outgoing, friendly, and personable personality, with a passion for connecting with audiences.
  
• English speaker (native or fluent) with exceptional communication skills.
  
• Proven experience in creating social media content and developing effective strategies.
  
• Skilled as an online and in-person spokesperson, with confidence in public-facing roles.
  
• Strong connections and knowledge of influencers within the video games industry.
  
• Comfortable interviewing celebrities and high-profile guests.
  
• Hands-on experience with livestreams, hosting events, and digital community engagement.
