ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and experienced Monetization Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through the strategic implementation of monetization initiatives within our gaming apps. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of monetization strategies, strong analytical skills, and extensive knowledge of SQL and analytics tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize revenue generation within our gaming apps while maintaining a positive user experience.
    • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing monetization efforts and improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Design and implement in-game monetization features, including virtual goods, advertisements, subscriptions, and other revenue-generating mechanisms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and data analytics, to integrate monetization initiatives seamlessly into the overall user experience
    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the effectiveness of monetization strategies and iterate on approaches to drive continuous improvement.
    • Monitor and report on key metrics related to revenue performance, user engagement, and monetization effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile app monetization, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
    • Train and mentor junior team members on monetization techniques, analytics tools, and best practices to foster professional growth and development within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5 years) in a monetization-focused role within the mobile gaming industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing monetization strategies.
    • Extensive knowledge of SQL and experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

    • Familiarity with mobile advertising platforms, user acquisition strategies, and mobile app store ecosystems is a plus.
