Ludia seeks a Senior Game UI Motion Designer to create engaging 2D/3D animations for game UX, produce game effects, optimize asset integration in Unity, and create animated models in After Effects for game design validation or presentations. Collaboration with art, programming, and design teams is crucial. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, ensuring project excellence, and bug correction. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of game development experience, expertise in After Effects, Photoshop, and a game engine (Unity preferred), shader knowledge, and strong animation principles understanding. Additional skills in 3Ds Max, French language proficiency, and mentoring are desirable.

We are actively seeking a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Gameplay Motion Designer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create enticing and high quality animation graphics 2D/3D in order to support the game UX
Produce game effects in 2D / 3D
Optimize asset integration in game engine (Unity)
Create animated models with After Effect to validate Game Design, or produce presentation videos
Work closely with the Art team, Programmers and Designers to understand project scope, objectives and to resolve technical issues
Contribute to the standard of excellence required by our projects
Follow up on the work done to correct any potential bugs
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in game development and in a similar role is required
Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of AfterEffects, Photoshop CS
Good knowledge of a game engine required, Unity an asset
A proven knowledge of Shaders is required
Excellent mastery of animation principles
The knowledge of 3Ds Max is an asset
Committed autonomous and responsible worker, demonstrating strong organisational and communication skills
Positive attitude and an ability to provide and receive constructive criticism
Coaching and mentoring skills are highly desired
Knowledge of French is a very desirable asset.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne passionnée et créative pour joindre notre équipe à titre de Motion designer UI de jeu, senior.
Le/La candidat(e) idéal(e) complétera ces tâches principales:
Concevoir des animations graphiques 2D/ 3D de qualité élevée afin de soutenir l’expérience du joueur (UX)
Produire des effets de jeu en 2D/3D
Optimiser l'intégration des assets dans l'engin de jeu Unity
Créer des maquettes animées sur After Effect pour valider le Design de jeu, ou pour produire des vidéos de présentation
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe artistique, les concepteurs de jeu, les artistes 3D et les autres membres de l’équipe, afin de comprendre la portée et les objectifs du projet, ainsi que résoudre les problèmes techniques
Contribuer au niveau d’excellence requis par nos projets
Faire un suivi du travail effectué afin de corriger les bugs éventuels
Expérience & compétences:
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en développement de jeux sont requis
Diplôme en art/graphisme ou équivalent
Excellente connaissance d’After Effects et de Photoshop CS
Bonne connaissance d'un moteur de jeu requise, Unity un atout
Une connaissance avérée des Shaders est requise
Excellente maîtrise des principes d’animation
La connaissance de 3Ds Max est un atout
Être un travailleur responsable et autonome démontrant de solides compétences en organisation et en communication
Attitude positive et capacité à donner et recevoir des critiques constructives
Des compétences de coaching et de mentorat sont recherchées
Le bilinguisme Fr/En est un atout
