BytePlus seeks a results-driven Marketing Operations and Campaign Specialist to streamline marketing processes, execute and optimize campaigns, and ensure seamless integration between marketing strategies and operational execution. Responsibilities include managing marketing workflows and technology stacks, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, content marketing), monitoring campaign performance, creating reports, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools, as well as knowledge of digital marketing channels.

You can help us to achieve our mission. We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Operations and Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on streamlining marketing processes, executing and optimizing campaigns, and ensuring seamless integration between marketing strategies and operational execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing campaigns across multiple platforms. The following are some of the key responsibilities and duties of the job: 1. Marketing Operations Management: - Develop and maintain efficient marketing workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability across campaigns. - Manage marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms. - Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, such as GDPR or other data privacy policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals. 2. Campaign Management: - Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing. - Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and data-driven insights. - Coordinate creative development, messaging, and asset delivery to ensure timely execution. 3. Performance Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations. - Create and maintain dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns in real-time. - Generate post-campaign reports, highlighting ROI, key successes, and areas for improvement. 4. Process Improvement: - Identify and implement opportunities to enhance marketing processes and campaign workflows. - Document and maintain standard operating procedures for campaign execution and marketing operations. - Drive innovation in campaign strategies by staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational objectives. - Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality campaign assets and initiatives. - Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational challenges related to campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role. - Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools. - Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Preferred Qualifications - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
