Job Description
This is a Key Account Manager (KAM) position based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The role focuses on engaging with premium merchants, managing a portfolio, ensuring service delivery, and meeting sales targets for various payment solutions (QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, POS software, insurance, and other financial products). Responsibilities include product penetration, revenue growth, new business development, brand promotion, addressing merchant grievances, planning daily activities, reviewing team deliverables, gathering market feedback, product deployment, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales and retention. The successful candidate will need strong communication, sales and account management skills.
Must have:
- Engage premium merchants
- Meet sales targets (multiple payment solutions)
- Ensure product penetration & revenue growth
- Address merchant grievances
- Plan & execute daily activities
