Summary

In The Pocket seeks an experienced Interim Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for Q1 & Q2 2025. Responsibilities include implementing the 2025 marketing strategy, leading event strategy in Belgium and Netherlands, developing new go-to-market strategies (vertical services, public sector), steering international marketing efforts (country-specific playbooks, new market entry), managing the marketing budget, guiding the marketing team (3 people), and collaborating with Sales and Talent teams. This is a temporary contract from early January to mid-May 2025, requiring at least 4 days a week in Ghent, Leuven, or Antwerp office.

We are looking for an experienced Interim Marketing Manager to lead and execute key marketing strategies while our current manager is on maternity leave. You will be overseeing our marketing initiatives, driving internationalisation plans, and developing new go-to-market approaches for 2025.

What you will be doing:

  • Implementing the overall marketing strategy for 2025 in Q1 & Q2, making sure it fits ITP’s goals and growth ambitions.
  • Leading our event strategy in both BE and NL, together with the Marketing Officer, who handles execution.
  • Shaping new go-to-market strategies, particularly around vertical services and public sector opportunities.
  • Steering our international marketing efforts, developing country-specific playbooks (with a focus on NL and new market entry).
  • Managing  our marketing budget, keeping a close eye on performance and MROI.
  • Guiding our marketing team (3p) and working closely with the Sales and Talent team.

Requirements:

  • You have +8 years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within a B2B or tech-driven context.
  • Strong strategic planning and budget management skills.
  • Experience with international marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • You are available from early January to mid-May 2025, at least 4 days a week.
  • You can work from our Ghent, Leuven or Antwerp office on a regular basis.
