Scopely is looking for an HR Technology Partner to join our People Operations Team on a remote basis in the United States.
This individual will align information technology expertise with knowledge of human resources to optimize the company’s HR technology practices.
As an HR Technology Partner, you will be a technical administrator for the company’s HR Technology. You will provide technical expertise and support to ensure the People Team’s processes maintain efficiency and optimize the company’s evolving business. You will be a key member of a global HR technology team, representing the interests of the business teams in design and support.

What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day Workday system support, including researching, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and resolving issues
Provide support for Workday by working closely with the business teams to understand functional requirements, testing, and development of new features
Actively seek out opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall user experience
Support the bi-annual releases by tracking and presenting new features to business teams
Build condition rules and calculated fields for business processes and reports
Process knowledge of Workday security architecture, domains, data objects, and fields
Lead end-to-end functional support for one or more of the following modules: Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, or Payroll
Provide daily administration of Workday with direct employee support as needed
Ensure quality in the delivery of enhancements by leading testing efforts, producing comprehensive documentation and adhering to change management processes
Perform regular system monitoring and periodic audits, verifying the integrity and availability of the system, data feeds, important processes, and user access and permissions, review system notifications and logs
Act as a liaison and escalation contact to third-party SAAS vendors as needed
Connect with our internal partners to understand and manage the business problems they are solving and translate those into well documented, detailed actions
Support end users by providing training and troubleshooting
Ensure data integrity by adhering to and implementing data architecture and governance models
Partnering closely with HR, leadership, and multi-functional teams, you’ll develop a thorough understanding of Scopely’s processes and local legislations in the various offices you’ll support
Provide other People Systems support upon request
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience
3 Years post-Workday implementation experience with intermediate level experience in core Workday concepts and configuration
Ability to communicate effectively and utilize interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively perform multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities
Prior experience supporting integrations to third party vendors is a plus
Skilled in estimating when a request can be addressed and meeting the expectations
Knowledge of People operations, business practices and regulatory needs
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Passion for problem solving, able to learn fast and comfortable taking calculated risks
Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently or as part of a team as appropriate
Ability to work across multiple functional areas and with many diverse user communities
Represents Scopely in a positive and professional manner
Maintains personnel confidentiality at all times
Workday Certified in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence, Payroll, Reporting, or Security (preferred)
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $77,000 - $108,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
