Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join our game team remotely within the US!

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Producer to join our team and shape the future of an announced game that will redefine the gaming landscape. As a Senior Producer, you will report directly to the VP of Production and play a pivotal role in establishing the foundation of production for a small but growing team. You will be responsible for managing pods of teams, their work, and cross-team deliverables. You’ll be responsible for tactical work of establishing the teams’ working processes and setting up tools with an eye on the needs of a team as it scales. Yes, there will be a lot of Jira. We hope you love it, because the team does! You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution from concept through live operations.

What You Will Do  

• Owning development pipeline end-to-end execution across multiple pods.
• Work with the Principal Producer to define team processes. With an eye to how they scale or change through different phases and team sizes.
• Set up and maintain the team Jira instance. Live Jira. Love Jira.
• Responsible for coordinating, organizing, moderating and controlling all production activities in the assigned feature team(s).
• Communicate planning, risk, resource, capacity and dependency management across multiple teams.
• Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needs.
• Setting up very effective, concise, transparent and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside the team.
• Will be responsible for helping to build and execute consistent communication pipelines to ensure information flow across the team.
• Leading one or multiple processes improvement that will contribute in improving feature development or overall production pipeline.
• Flexibility to work and communicate with teams across multiple locations and time zones. Creative production to adapt to working in modern distributed environments.

What We’re Looking For   

• 6+ years of Game Production experience
• Extensive experience in several of the following: Live Ops, Concept, F2P, Mobile
• Passionate about process, someone who wants to get in and set up dynamic, scaling systems that work across large teams
• Enjoys working on live games, able to adapt and execute on the fly
• Strong organization and strategic skills
• Effective communication (written and verbal) that is assertive while empathic and diplomatic
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
• Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
• A strong passion for making top quality games that players love

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $113,000 - $168,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
