  • Assess and build upon our existing Live Game test framework, inline with project growth and the wider teams goals and objectives
  • Reinforce quality gates during handoffs from Core to Live Game, ensuring correct process is adhered to at all times
  • Hold the Live Game accountable for Release Train best practices, policing the gatekeeping of quality
  • Establish Live Game communication channels with the wider project, providing transparency and visibility to all
  • Work closely with the roadmap team to support and proactively challenge for sufficient QA time based on your teams needs
  • Working with the LiveOps Tools team, ensure the quality output of all supporting internal tooling
  • Manage the needs & expectations of our 3rd party test vendor(s) within the Live Game vertical space, challenging KPIs and identifying areas in need of improvement
  • Play a leading role in the recruitment & onboarding of vacant Live Game QA positions, as well as playing a supporting role in wider QA recruitment

  • Contribute toward & remain within the defined QA annual operating plan, highlighting observed resource struggles or excessiveness
What We’re Looking For
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills with proven experience
  • Strong verbal / written communication and an excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management, accountability and organisational skills
  • An ability to negotiate and ensure you and your team's message is heard, all the while with a sound business understanding to ensure correct balance and needs are met
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Flexible to an agile setup with the ability to multitask, managing coverage for multiple high profile releases with strict deadlines
  • A strong commercial awareness with an understanding of business priorities and goals
  • Comfortable travelling on occasion to offshore hub locations
  • Exceptional reporting capabilities
  • Extensive knowledge of JIRA and / or similar bug tracking systems
  • Mobile exposure and an understanding of Apple / Google submission protocol
  • A sound understanding of the gaming industry and the typical end to end development lifecycle
