HR Associate (Contract)

The HR Associate at Tesla plays a crucial role in supporting the HR team and employees, ensuring a positive work environment. Responsibilities include partnering with HR Partners and Managers, interpreting HR policies and regulations, collaborating with specialist groups (Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Recruiting, HR Operations, Payroll), identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience, answering employee inquiries, developing reports and analytics, performing data audits, and coordinating with other teams on assignments (LOA, Light Duty, etc.). The role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This is a hands-on, tactical position supporting workforce planning, coaching/development, and employee engagement.
