Job Description

This Data Ops role at Garena in Taipei focuses on the operation and optimization of large-scale data clusters. Responsibilities include maintaining cluster stability and efficiency, capacity planning and scaling, developing monitoring and management platforms, and contributing to infrastructure design. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills (Python, Java, or Scala), deep familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem (Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Kafka, ZooKeeper, Spark, Flink, ClickHouse), and experience with log management systems (Filebeat, Logstash). The role also involves researching and implementing new technologies to improve the data platform.

Must have:

Proficient in Python/Java/Scala
Hadoop ecosystem expertise (HBase, Hive, Kafka, etc.)
Experience with Kafka-based log systems
Linux system administration and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills

Job Description

- 負責公司級大數據業務集群 / 組件的維運工作，提供穩定且有效率的集群服務。

- 負責叢集容量規劃，擴容以及效能最佳化。

- 設計實現大規模分散式叢集的運維 / 監控 / 管理平台，透過自動化維運工具來提高工作效率。

- 參與 / 主導基礎架構設計，在設計階段給予建議 / 方案。

- 專注於大數據技術發展趨勢、研究開源技術、持續優化集群基礎服務架構，將新技術應用到大數據平台 / 集群，推動團隊發展。

Job Requirements

- 熟練 Python / Java / Scala 中至少一門開發語言，有紮實的程式設計基本功。

- 熟悉 Hadoop 生態圈，熟悉 Hadoop / Hbase / Hive / kafka / Zookeeper / Spark / flink / ClickHouse 等開源專案。

- 熟悉基於 kafka 的日誌流系統，熟悉 filebeat、logstash 等高可用日誌系統。

- 熟悉 Linux 作業系統的配置、管理與最佳化，能夠獨立排除解決作業系統層面的問題。

- 學習能力強，對新科技有強烈的求知慾望。
