Job Details
- Refine the current Discord server structure (channels, roles, etc.) to keep things well-organised and user-friendly;
- Manage community rules and announcements, lead daily interactions, moderate discussions - to maintain a positive and respectful environment;
- Initiate regular game-themed activities (chats, polls, contests, sharing, all related to in-game content) to foster an active and vibrant community for gamers;
- Actively drive member engagement to foster an active and vibrant community;
- Gather feedback, track user insights, and recommend improvements to enhance both community experience and game experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing and moderating community on Discord server(s).
- Have a good understanding of various game genres and be able to initiate and lead engaging gaming-related discussions.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and community-driven mindset
- Proficient in English
- Passionate about AI, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest AI trends.
