Job Description

The Equipment Support Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of casino equipment, ensuring 24/7 availability. Duties include cleaning and maintaining roulette wheels, shuffle machines, deck checkers, and tables; inspecting equipment; managing equipment inventory; transporting cards and equipment; monitoring equipment performance; reporting issues; and managing the climate of gaming floors and storage. The role also involves collaboration with other departments and replacing colleagues during absences. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Windows and Server maintenance, and good computer hardware knowledge are required.

Must have:

Install, maintain, and repair casino equipment
Ensure 24/7 equipment availability
Clean and maintain gaming equipment
Basic IT skills (Windows, Server)
Good computer hardware knowledge
Teamwork and problem-solving skills

Good to have:

Linux knowledge
Photography or lighting experience
Personal vehicle

Job Description

Install, clean, change and regulate simple equipment
Perform equipment test
Ensure preventive equipment maintenance
Monitor equipment performance,make assessments and make decisions about needed actions
Ensure equipment avalability 24/7
Report equpment-related issues
roulette wheels cleaning/maintenance
Shuffle machines cleaning/maintenace/exchange
Deck checker cleaning/maintace
Table inspection
Card/equipment in-house transport
Organise equipment disposal
Mantor climate on gaming floors and storage
Do an inventory and track equipment in stock
Cooperate whit other departments
Perform other duties,as asked by the manager which meet the qualifications
Replace colleagues during their vacation,sick leave and other absences.Replacement takes place during working time,and it is not considered as additional work.
the employee is responsibel for the prper, high quality and timely execution of his job obliqations.
Being at work consistenty and on time, following instrutions and responiding to management direction

Qualifications

Microsoft Windows maintenance
Basic Microsoft Server maintenance
Good computer hardware knowledge installation and troubleshooting with an understanding of network architectures.
Previous IT and/or technical background
Handy with common tools
Good working knowledge of English
Owning a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage

Additional Information

Skills and Competences

Understanding of electronics and technical principles.
Photography or lightning experience are not required but beneficial
Linux knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team as well as alone and unsupervised.
To be a Multi-tasker, have team spirit and be likeable
To be able to plan and forecast effectively
To be driven, flexible and proactive
Attentive to details
Great problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
