We are seeking a skilled Email and B2B Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams—planning, building, managing, deploying, and reporting on email campaigns to support the Wizards Play Network team in B2B communications. We are seeking an individual who is diligent, a strong communicator, has a robust digital toolset, and is an outstanding email marketer.


What You'll Do:

  • Build Trade email campaigns that promote new product launches and in-store event participation, drive retailer engagement, support research efforts, and drive other key initiatives for the Wizards Play Network.
  • End-to-end ownership of email campaigns, including copy writing, coding, reviewing data-sets, proofing, sending, and delivering robust reports on results.
  • Collaborate with key partners, meeting regularly to aligning communications alongside other channels and implementing strategies to elevate impact of efforts.
  • Deliver consecutive campaigns while leading copy localization, taking in new requests, and handle a robust and shifting calendar. Iterate and improve processes.
  • Coordinate with localization teams to send and receive local language variations.
  • Provide support to in-store marketing campaigns, including driving execution and go-to-market support.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager, internal teams, external vendors, regional partners, and Trade team to improve communication strategies, support administration tasks, and enable go to market execution.
     

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in email marketing and copy writing.
  • Proficiency in HTML, Microsoft Excel, and Braze.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in working cross-functionally and collaborating within a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and database management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Tableau or Smartsheets.

 

Additional Details:

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Wizards through an external staffing partner. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Eastridge and will not be an employee of Wizards.

  • Employment Type: Contractor/Temporary
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Duration: 6 months 
  • Pay Range: $27-42/hour
