Job Description

The Customer Solutions Engineer at gTech Ads provides technical consulting on Google APIs and platforms, helping clients develop applications across Google Ads and other products. This role involves understanding clients' business challenges, cultivating relationships with business teams and customers, and developing innovative technical solutions to boost advertising business. Collaboration with Business, Support, and Product teams is crucial to addressing challenges. The engineer will propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to various audiences. Leveraging Google's technology platforms and big data analytics is key to achieving goals. Responsibilities include providing technical guidance, working with customers to understand business needs, collaborating across teams to find solutions, and presenting technical materials to diverse groups.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP)
Coding experience (Java, C/C++, Python)
Technical troubleshooting and partner/customer management

Good to have:

Master's degree in a related field
Independent work and multi-project management
Adaptable communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or in a related technical field.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt and deliver messages to the technical level of the audience, and present technical materials to large groups.
Excellent problem-solving, investigative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting services and guidance around Google Application programming interfaces (API) and technology platforms to help clients develop applications across Google Ads and products.
Work with customers to understand underlying business challenges. Cultivate relationships with Business team and customers, identify and develop innovative technical solutions that lead to more advertising business.
Work across Business, Support and Product teams to provide solutions to the challenges.
Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from Engineers to Marketing professionals.
Leverage Google’s technology platforms and big data analytics systems to achieve goals.
