A Content Strategist who will be pivotal in shaping and executing our overarching content strategy to support global brand and demand campaigns effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing market trends and dynamics, understanding target audience pain points, and aligning content initiatives with business objectives. And a strategic thinker passionate about content management and driving engagement through compelling narratives.

What You'll Be Doing:

    • Content Strategy Execution: Plan, create, edit, and optimize digital and physical content to align with brand identity and demand generation campaigns. Work with the Content Manager on content planning management.
    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that supports brand building, demand generation, and advocacy initiatives.
    • Messaging and Brand Voice: Define key messages and maintain a consistent brand voice across all external communications.
    • Content and Channel Optimization: Identify content and channel gaps and opportunities to enhance the content strategy and maximize reach and impact.
    • Engagement and Conversion: Drive engagement and conversions by implementing compelling calls-to-action and aligning content with campaign objectives.
    • Performance Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of existing content assets and identify optimal distribution channels for maximum impact.
    • Performance Measurement: Define relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), measure content performance, and provide actionable insights through comprehensive reporting.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct stakeholder interviews and devise primary and secondary studies to inform content strategy and development.
    • Product Marketing Coordination: Work closely with Product Marketing (PMK) to share updates on competitors and personas and inform content strategy adjustments.
    • Content Repurposing: Develop a systematic approach to repurpose and refresh existing content assets, maximizing their lifespan and value.
    • Industry Trends and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to refine and adapt the content strategy continuously.
    • Research: Conduct comprehensive research to create engaging, informative, and actionable content that captivates target audiences.
    • Collaboration and Engagement: Leverage diverse expertise and perspectives to foster collaboration and engagement within the content creator/contributor ecosystem or community.

Who You Are:

    • 5-7 years of proven experience in content writing, content/creative management or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
    • Ability to think strategically and align content efforts with overall business objectives.
    • A passion for storytelling and creating content narratives that resonate with audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques is desired.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
