As a Business Development Intern at Super.com, you'll work at the intersection of Corporate Development and Marketing, assisting with B2B partner marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and launching campaigns, managing partner relationships, conducting competitor analysis, and analyzing campaign performance. You'll enhance partner engagement, explore new partnerships, coordinate with internal/external teams, and drive bi-monthly performance reviews. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote internship in Canada.

About the Role

As a Business Development Intern at Super.com, you will be sitting at the intersection of Corporate Development and Marketing, reporting to the Business Development Manager. As an integral part of the Business Development team, you will be accountable for assisting the development and execution of B2B partner marketing initiatives. You will have exposure across key projects and have the chance to make a big impact on the team and our customers.

Challenges You'll Solve

    • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to jointly develop and launch partner marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition of key growth product, assist managing existing partner relationships, competitor analysis, and analyze the performance of ongoing campaigns
    • Enhance partner engagement, including refining launch strategies and pre/post-launch analysis to aid data-driven outcomes
    • Explore expanding partnerships into new channels, contributing directly to the company’s key growth goals 
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, conducting regular meetings and overseeing communications to ensure seamless execution 
    • Drive bi-monthly partner performance reviews, establishing a robust infrastructure for detailed partner analysis and performance evaluation

    • Sharp analytical acumen and comfortability with using data to tell a story
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

    • Willingness to learn in an ambiguous environment - excited to dive into new projects
