Body Repair Service Advisor/Junior Estimator

Tesla is seeking a Body Repair Service Advisor/Junior Estimator in Oakleigh, Australia to join its groundbreaking Body Repair Program. Responsibilities include maintaining work schedules, liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop, preparing vehicle arrivals, managing WARP and CCC administration, communicating with customers, coordinating rental cars, providing vehicle status updates, reordering materials, reviewing repairs and deliveries, and assisting estimators with admin and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in automotive collision repair, I-Car Australia certification (a plus), excellent communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to work independently and train others. The role involves working in a collision shop environment and requires a valid driver's license and good driving record.
