Job Description
Arcadis seeks an Assistant Engineer for NA Mobility. Must have 1+ years of experience in Design Consulting, Highway Structures, and Road Bridges. Strong understanding of AASHTO LRFD and structural analysis & design tools required. Experience with Open Bridge Modeler and MicroStation a plus.

Role accountabilities:
- Good understanding of Structural Analysis and design concepts.
- Willing to learn MicroStation, Open Bridge Modeler and Open Bridge designer.
- Responsible for analysis and design of Road Bridges as per AASHTO.
- Responsible for preparation of structure related drawings at various stages of project.
- Computation of quantities and Reinforcement schedule.
- Preparation of design reports and plans and design computations.
- Should be a team player.
- M. Tech / M.E in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Design Consulting Environment as of March 31, 2024.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience for Highway Structures and Road Bridges (Mandatory) and exposure to structural analysis and design tools.
- Should willing to learn and work 3D models using open bridge modeler and MicroStation. Will have to carry out structural analysis and design, CAD production and quantities. Exposure on International codes will have added advantage.
- Good understanding and Knowledge on international codes like AASHTO LRFD, British and Euro codes.
- Basic understanding of bridge Design and drawings.
- Experience in MS Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand US units of measure.
- Read, write and speaks -English.
- STAAD Pro, SAM LEAP, AutoCAD, Leap Concrete, Leap Steel, Mathcad, Micro Station. Knowledge on Bentley tools will be added advantage.
