A Masters degree is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.</li><li>Proven track record of implementing DevOps and release management processes in complex environments with multiple orgs.</li><li>Experience in managing DevOps using GitHub, including code branching, merging, and version control.</li><li>Previous experience with Salesforce environments and deployment strategies is highly preferred. </li></ul>
Technical Skills <ul><li>Proficient in using GitHub and other version control systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and frameworks.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce DX and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar. </li></ul>
