Job Description

As an Account Strategist, you will work with businesses of all sizes to help them grow their online presence using Google Ads. You will provide expert advice, build relationships, and develop customized strategies to maximize their return on investment. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for delivering against ambitious business goals, owning a portfolio of clients, and driving customer growth. You will be a trusted advisor and competitive seller, bringing the best of Google to your clients. Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, business development, online media, or marketing
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Ability to build relationships and consult with clients
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and Google Ads
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against goals
Good to have:
  • Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience with online advertising
  • Ability to own a portfolio and consistently overachieve quotas
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling
  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in an advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Poland, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their Google Ads investment.
  • Own a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
