Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.

Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high productivity rate.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Keep records of calls.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in an outbound call center.

Minimum of 1 years of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.

Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

Excellent communication skill in Hindi.

MAX 1-2 Years Experience.

Work from Office
