Job Overview Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled UI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and implementing user interfaces using Vue.js, although candidates with React experience who are willing to learn Vue.js are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting responsive, user-friendly applications and improving the interactivity and visual appeal of our web projects.

This role is open to candidates working in Bengaluru, Ind (hybrid).

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage effective and visually appealing user interfaces using Vue.js or React.
- Collaborate with UX designers and project managers to translate business and user requirements into usable web applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring that all user inputs are validated before submitting to the back end.
- Maintain and improve website by enhancing existing features, debugging, and developing new functionalities as per the project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to discuss project progress and share ideas for system enhancements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them into operations and activities.
This role is open to candidates working in Bengaluru, Ind (hybrid).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Vue.js framework or willingness to learn if experienced with React.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- 2+ years of experience in front-end development with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing interactive and scalable web applications.
- Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.
- Knowledge of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
- Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is considered a bonus but is not required, as it complements our main technology stack.
