In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist in the design and execution of creator campaigns and events, both offline and online, including attendee management and post-event reporting.
- Develop content and materials for webinars, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Monitor and address creator inquiries through SNS community platforms.
- Track post-training performance, providing tailored feedback and recommendations to creators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and activation, incorporating local content perspectives.
Research and Strategy
- Analyze creator trends to generate actionable insights and recommend strategies for engagement and retention.
- Innovate and recalibrate campaigns based on performance data and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week for at least 3 months.
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiar with basic office software, especially Excel with certain data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Figma.
- Knowledge of social media management and community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to event management or social media campaigns is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
