Additional Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work in collaboration with Content Experts and Instructional Designers to develop storyboards, graphics, and animations for the learning content for the Darwinbox Academy platform.
• Translate these initial ideas into graphics and animation using sophisticated modeling and animation.
• Inspire, create, and sustain a culture of excellence by designing creatives for all Customer communications, including email and community engagement.
• Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completion.
• Develop various artifacts for the learning team, including videos, landing pages, presentation decks, digital media kits, and email creatives, as well as PDF guides and case studies.
• Develop video and Audio content (including editing) for Client testimonials, webinars, Events, etc., ready to be posted on social platforms and Community.
• Improve existing design solutions and visual identity on platforms like the Darwinbox Academy website, LMS, Community forums, etc.
• Have a keen ability to create work under minimal supervision and package and present solutions. Quickly and superbly.
• Well-organized, strong creative concept, design, and communication skills.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on cutting-edge brands.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing innovative concepts and thoughtful visual solutions.
• Clean and modern design aesthetic and strong typographic skills.
• Ability to understand brand standards and deliver consistent results.
• Ability to initiate creative ideas from process to execution independently whilst reporting back to the Head of the Department
• Someone who loves working with people and solving problems with them.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluency needed in Adobe Suite, including -
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• Canva and/or Figma
