Poste - Producteur·trice Technique

Nous recherchons un·e Producteur·trice Technique expérimenté·e pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez chargé·e de diriger des équipes d'ingénierie pluridisciplinaires, de piloter les feuilles de route des produits, de planifier les exigences, d'identifier les risques techniques et de fournir des analyses et des recommandations aux parties prenantes du projet. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le directeur technique, les  architectes techniques et le directeur de production pour donner vie à la vision créative du projet. Vous gérerez une équipe de programmeur·euse·s engin et rendu, vous établirez les priorités de leur travail et vous piloterez le développement du produit.

Le·a Producteur·trice Technique relèvera du Producteur Technique en Chef.

Responsabilités et tâches

  •  Planifier les livrables avec les chef·fe·s de projet et les directeur·trice·s, valider la faisabilité et diriger le développement tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.

  • Tirer parti de vos connaissances et de votre expertise pour assurer l'alignement technique, coordonner les dépendances, attribuer les tâches et diriger le processus de prise de décision.

  • Décomposer les livrables techniques complexes, créer et gérer la feuille de route du projet et tenir les parties prenantes informées, conscientes des risques et des compromis.

  • Motiver et permettre à des équipes de programmeurs de faire avancer des sujets techniques complexes.

  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes d'équipes de programmeur·euse·s dans un environnement agile tout en gardant un œil sur la santé de l'équipe et l'état du développement. 

  • Encadrez et développez les membres de l'équipe, notamment en établissant des plans de développement, en évaluant leurs performances professionnelles et en veillant aux opportunités de carrière et à leur bien-être.

  • Participer au processus de recrutement ; mener des entretiens, évaluer les compétences, l'expérience et la compatibilité des candidats avec la culture de l'équipe et de l'organisation.


Qualifications recherchées

  •  Diplôme de bachelor en informatique, en ingénierie ou expérience professionnelle pertinente équivalente. 

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience des méthodologies de développement de logiciels comme Agile et Kanban.

  • Expérience approfondie de JIRA.

  • Un ou plusieurs titres AAA livrés, et de l’expérience dans toutes les différentes étapes du cycle de production, incluant le post-launch.

  • Expérience sur un jeu live service.

Position – Technical Producer - Engine

We are looking for an experienced Technical Producer to join the Haven Interactive Studios project team. The Technical Producer is responsible for leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, driving product roadmaps, planning requirements, identifying technical risks, and providing analyses and recommendations to project stakeholders. As a Technical Producer, you will work closely with the Technical Director, Technical Architects and Production Director to bring the project’s creative vision to life. You will be managing the engine & rendering engineering teams, prioritizing their work, and driving product development.

Reporting

The Technical Producer will report to the Lead Technical Producer.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan deliverables with project Leads and Architects, validate feasibility, and drive development through the project’s entire lifecycle.

  • Leverage your knowledge and expertise to ensure technical  alignment, coordinate dependencies, assign tasks, and drive the decision making process.

  • Break down complex technical deliverables, create/manage project roadmap, and keep stakeholders informed, aware of risks, and trade-offs.

  • Motivate and enable engineering teams to drive complex technical topics forward.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of engineering teams  in an agile environment while keeping a watchful eye on team health and development status.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including providing development planning, assessing their work performance, and looking out for career opportunities and their well-being.

  • Participate in the recruitment process; conduct interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with team and organization culture.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Successful completion of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent relevant working experience.

  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a technical or software development setting managing projects involving engineering teams.

  • Experience in directly managing people/multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and an effective problem solver with a well-rounded technical background.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead topics, generate buy in, and move topics forward.

  • Capable of  breaking down complex technical projects, building solid development plans, and driving product development.

  • At ease discussing complex technical topics with engineers and able to synthesize information in an easy-to-understand format for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in software development methodologies like Agile and Kanban.

  • Extensive experience with JIRA.

  • One or more shipped AAA titles, with experience in all stages of the production cycle, including post-launch.

  • Live Service title experience.
