Job Description

Are you passionate about leading a team? We're searching for a rockstar Team Lead to guide our brilliant software devs. Be the maestro, orchestrate innovation, and deliver high-impact solutions. Team Leadership, Project Management, Resource and people allocation, Quality Assurance, Interpersonal management and collaboration are pillars of your role.

You'll:

  • Mentor & empower a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
  • Own the software lifecycle, from planning to production, ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Be the strategic voice, aligning tech efforts with business goals and driving results.
  • Communicate like a champ, keeping everyone informed and on the same page.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on coding & architecture experience.
  • 3+ years leading a diverse engineering team.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, & people skills.
  • A knack for juggling projects & hitting deadlines.
