We're looking for a Technical Director to join one of our flagship products. You will lead a strong team of programmers and be responsible for the product's technical development.

Build a strong team to ensure high-performance and growth: hiring, coaching and mentoring, leading engineers and managers
Implement and execute the tech roadmap of the mobile game product
Ensure engineering excellence: analyze the tech, tools and practices efficiency, lead the initiatives to improve it
Partner with Game Producers and Company-wide divisions to ensure the mobile game product quality and execute the game product roadmap
Action and self-starter mindset, proactive problem solver
Bar raiser: you are never satisfied with the status quo and challenge yourself, your teams, and your peers
10+ years of experience in engineering with 5+ in Senior management roles
3+ years of experience as a Technical Director, CTO or Director of Engineering
Proven leadership and "Manager of managers" experience with a team of 40+ engineers
Experience in creating a tech strategy for a large software product
Strong technical expertise and previous hands-on experience as a software engineer, preferably in large mobile products (iOS/Android native, C++/C#/Java/Scala). Nice to have: experience with complex in-house or Unity/Unreal game engines
Note: we don't expect you to write code, but you need to understand the whole system, be able to contribute to its design and architecture and evaluate your engineer's decisions.
