We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and caring Office Manager for our new office in the UAE (Dubai). Our offices are the place where ideas are born that change the entire gaming industry. You will be the guardian of an atmosphere of creativity and innovation, contributing to the development of administrative processes and supporting team spirit among employees.
Facilitating the office's day-to-day activities so employees can carry out their work efficiently (organizing meals, ordering snacks and stationery);
Running procurement activities and managing relations with contractors;
Monitoring the condition of the office, its furniture, and equipment;
Office budgeting and reporting;
Sending correspondence and interacting with couriers;
Interacting with employees: onboarding, assistance in solving individual issues;
Carrying out document management;
Participating in the organization of corporate parties and other events;
Ordering key cards.
