Job Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of content for user retention, lifecycle management, and acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content that supports engagement and reactivation strategies.
- Utilize content management tools and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Guide and mentor a content team while driving creative problem-solving.
- Apply strategic thinking and a user-centric approach to content creation.
- Implement retention marketing strategies and work with lifecycle automation platforms.
- Employ A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques to optimize content effectiveness.
