Role: Contract

• Write 4-6 long form articles per day, 90-100 articles per month, on college basketball topics. Word count ranges at an average of 600-800 words. Can be more or less, depending on the content piece in question. 
  

• Conduct research and provide accurate predictions, parlays, player props and analysis for college basketball games.
  

• Write engaging and informative box scores, stats, and summaries for college basketball games in realtime, and update info as soon as games end
  

• Write transfer portal features, listicles, and other content types as assigned.
  

• Ensure content meets Sportskeeda's guidelines and standards.
  

• Maintain factual accuracy, grammar, and context.
  

• Pitch new ideas, content styles, and topics with the team.
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience writing about but not limited to college basketball, NBA, or a related sport.
  

• Are willing to start within one week 
  

• Proven track record of producing high-quality content, including predictions, betting odds, and analysis.
  

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
  

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce content quickly. 
  

• Strong understanding of college basketball, its teams, players, history and trends.
  

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and Microsoft Office.
  

• Ability to collaborate with editors, writers, and other stakeholders.
