Ethosh seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in MedTech, Healthcare, and Pharma to review and research medical topics for various projects (brochures, videos, eLearning, etc.). The SME will provide accurate, evidence-based insights, guide creative teams, ensure content accuracy and compliance, collaborate with project managers, and communicate with clients. Responsibilities include timely feedback, managing project timelines, presenting drafts to clients, implementing feedback, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate possesses a medical degree (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS) with clinical experience and strong communication skills.

Job Description:
Ethosh is looking for a qualified and experienced medical professional to join our team and contribute to our projects in the MedTech, Healthcare, and Pharma sectors. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for various medical projects, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance in the development of educational, promotional, and interactive content. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, creative teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Medical Content Expertise:
    • Review, research, and understand medical topics relevant to each project, such as brochures, banners, infographics, videos, interactive media, and eLearning modules.
    • Provide accurate, evidence-based insights and advice to the creative and visualization teams, simplifying complex medical concepts for project execution.
  2. Guidance to Creative Teams:
    • Serve as a medical advisor to guide the project manager, creative, and visualization teams.
    • Ensure the medical context is clearly communicated and easily understood by non-medical stakeholders.
  3. Content Accuracy & Feedback:
    • Provide timely feedback on the medical accuracy and relevance of content created by the team.
    • Conduct thorough reviews to ensure that medical and clinical information is represented correctly and complies with industry standards.
  4. Project Timeline Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure project timelines are met without compromising content quality.
    • Identify potential delays or issues in the project process and communicate them promptly.
  5. Client Communication & Presentation:
    • Participate in client meetings (via web calls or document review) to present drafts, listen to client feedback, and understand their vision and expectations.
    • Ensure client feedback is clearly communicated to the internal team for accurate implementation.
  6. Project Iterations & Updates:
    • Keep track of all iterations and ensure that the necessary changes are made during the review process.
    • Monitor and verify that all client feedback is implemented, and updates are provided regularly to the project team.
  7. Problem-Solving & Roadblock Management:
    • Proactively address any challenges or roadblocks in content delivery by working closely with the project manager.
    • Offer solutions or seek clarification to ensure smooth project delivery.
  8. Client Assurance & Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing them with confidence that the project is progressing well and in alignment with their goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Medical degree (MBBS / BAMS / BHMS) with clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of medical content creation processes and the ability to simplify complex medical information.
  • Experience working with creative teams and content production (e.g., videos, brochures, eLearning).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring medical accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in client communication and managing expectations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes is a plus.
