Below you will find some information on the role:
Overseeing the overall animation code base and maintaining cross-system functionality,
Prototyping and implementing main character animation systems,
Mentoring by helping out and feedbacking other programmers,
Working on the edge of logic and animation and making sure it’s smooth cooperation,
R&D - being up-to-date with the latest technology and trends when it comes to animation systems.
Feel free to apply if you have:
Extensive knowledge of C++,
Extensive knowledge of UE4 or UE5,
Experience working with GAS (Gameplay Ability System),
Experience with UE animation systems,
Self-reliance when it comes to solving problems,
Good communication skills,
Knowledge of VS2022 and P4,
Experience in prototyping and implementing locomotion systems,
Experience working on an UE-based AA/AAA title in a similar position,
Experience in optimizing code for consoles (PS5/XSX),
Profiling and optimization with UE tech. (multithreading, fast path, rewind debuger)
Experience in Motion matching.
