Summary

The Studio Digital Marketing Supervisor will define and implement digital media and marketing strategies for Disney's studio brands (Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel, 20th Century, Searchlight Pictures) in Poland, providing strategic support for CEE & CIS. Responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team on strategy, handling daily campaign activations, working with media agencies and exhibitors on digital campaigns, measuring and reporting performance against KPIs, advising on forward campaign planning, staying updated on industry trends, creating and managing social media assets, cooperating with exhibitors, and delivering presentations and reports. The role requires 4 days a week on-site in the Warsaw office.

Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

The Digital Media & Marketing Supervisor will have responsibility for the definition and implementation of digital media and marketing strategies in Poland whilst providing strategic support for CEE & CIS when required.

The Digital Supervisor will work across the Disney, Disney/Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel, 20th Century and Searchlight Pictures studio brands.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in our Warsaw office.

What You Will Do

  • To work with marketing team to deliver Digital Marketing strategies.

  • Handle day-to-day digital media campaign activations. Work closely with media agency and exhibitors to plan their digital campaigns supporting our releases.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined and agreed KPIs. Focus on advising forward campaign planning and sharing insight with the wider marketing function.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Support and supervise the creation and management of social and digital media assets for use on all campaigns.

  • Closely cooperate with all exhibitors to support Studio releases providing them with all vital assets and approve materials crafted

  • Staying on top of industry trends, the latest social media advancements.

  • Deliver presentations and reports. Provide full evaluation of all campaigns and recommendations for future releases.
     

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working in Digital Media & Marketing

  • Digital Specific Experience:
    -Programmatic/Performance driven campaign planning/activation
    -Solid understanding of ad serving tools (e.g., DoubleClick, Atlas etc…)
    -Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    -Social Media Marketing
    -SEM
    -Awareness
    -PPC

  • Strong numerical analysis and interpretation skills

  • Proven track record to think strategically & creatively

  • Extensive knowledge of digital media, products and the entertainment industry (Film/Studios PR/Marketing planning an advantage)

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to provide creative and implementable solutions

  • Quick learner, evidenced by good academic results or similar

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities: evidence of good “follow through” skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexible attitude to cope within a constantly evolving arena
