Purpose
You will provide Structural Engineering services to Worley, and its customers and may provide technical support within the Structural team.
- Technical school education with Associate Degree in CAD/Design/Drafting
- Should be minimum Diploma holder from recognized college/university
- Minimum 5 - 15 years of CAD experience in modeling & creating Structural Steel design drawings using software tools such as AutoCAD, S3D, Frameworks, MicroStation, SolidWorks, or other 3D software
- Experience with Smart3D and Smart-Sketch is a plus
- Willingness to learn new CAD software tools, such as Smart3D and Smart-Sketch
- Create and populate 2D drawings from 3D models with guidance from peers
- Attentiveness to detail and possess the ability to gradually work independently
- Proven understanding of Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in current engineering design and drafting and software packages
Technical and Industry Experience
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Structural design offshore / Onshore / Refinery projects.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- Developing skills in design software.
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
A recognized ITI / Diploma in the relevant discipline or equivalent..
