As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you'll drive digital transformation for key Microsoft customers, achieving business outcomes for both Microsoft and the client. You will leverage a large, multi-functional team across Microsoft's solutions portfolio, engaging with senior-level executives. Responsibilities include leading account teams, executing Go-to-Market strategies, accelerating customer satisfaction, maximizing share of wallet, achieving revenue targets, and fostering cross-organizational partnerships. A deep understanding of Microsoft's solutions and the ability to present a strategic partnership agenda are crucial. The role requires proven success in driving growth, exceeding sales targets, and demonstrating customer obsession and partner collaboration.

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their digital journey.  This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.  

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with our most Strategic customers, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.

Leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.

With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer’s account plan.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in working in enterprise sales (preferred Manufacturing industry experiences)
  • Global communications capability with fluent English skill
  • Technical knowledge on Data & AI, Public Cloud, Security and Productivity related solutions
  • Communication skill with C-level of customers
  • Strong accountability on Finance KPI and pipeline management

Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession

  • Deliver business growth by leading and empowering account teams. Lead the execution of Go to Market (GTM) strategies to achieve customer business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Accelerate customer satisfaction and model executive engagements with business decision makers and C-Level executives.
  • Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution.
  • You will lead partnership across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for the company.
  • You need to fully understand Microsoft's solutions and integrate Microsoft's various solutions to discover sales opportunities that can contribute to customer business.
  • You must be able to present and execute a strategic partnership agenda based on a comprehensive understanding of an account.
