Staff Engineer - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant with a strong mix of client engagement and hands-on development expertise.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized marketing automation strategies using SFMC, ensuring seamless integration with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand marketing objectives and translate them into scalable SFMC solutions.
• Design and implement customer journeys, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies.
• Develop and optimize email campaigns using AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript within SFMC.
• Configure and integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications via APIs and data extensions.
• Provide training, best practices, and ongoing support to drive marketing automation success.
• Stay updated on SFMC innovations and recommend enhancements.

Must have Skills: Spanish.

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages.
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs for customization and automation.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.
