We’re currently seeking a Sr. Video Producer for a global consulting firm, a Fortune 100 company recognized on the Forbes list. This is a 3-6 month contract position, and the role is remote-first, offering flexibility and an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients.
As a Sr. Video Producer, you will join a dynamic Creative team and be responsible for managing and executing high-impact video and audio projects from concept to completion. This includes everything from planning and budgeting to storyboarding, scripting, and directing video production. You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling visual content that aligns with strategic business objectives and supports internal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize with internal clients to understand their messaging and transform it into effective visual content (animation or video) that communicates key business goals.
- Lead and manage complex, high-level video and audio projects, including planning, budgeting, and executing production timelines.
- Edit and repurpose existing video content while directing the creation of new footage.
- Conduct video interviews with internal clients, coaching senior leaders on camera performance and presentation.
- Oversee on-location video shoots and manage multiple Zoom recordings, which are later edited and packaged for simulive webcasts.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in radio, television, film, mass communication, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience as a video producer with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, design, and execution.
- Proven experience managing video productions in a corporate environment, ideally within financial services.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted video/audio projects in fast-paced settings.
- Strong leadership experience, including directing creative teams and coaching C-suite executives on camera performance.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
