Hasbro seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator for a 6-month contract to support their Singapore and Malaysia markets. This role involves collaborating with brand managers on events and activations, developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include logistical and creative support, acting as a point of contact for inquiries, coordinating marketing materials, maintaining brand calendars, conducting post-campaign evaluations, supporting budget management, and participating in creative brainstorming sessions. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the FMCG industry, and a strong understanding of family-focused consumer media. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Hasbro is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team supporting Singapore & Malaysia market.

 

[A Day in the Life]

Support Brand Managers for the delivery of key brand events and activations

 

Proactively support the development, planning and successful activation of integrated local brand marketing campaigns for all properties within Hasbro’s brands portfolio.  This instrumental role will focus on activities including day-to-day coordination of marketing activities, approvals, raising PO’s and general marketing support, ensuring they are completed and delivered as required and to a high standard.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical, administrative, and creative support to the Hasbro brand marketing team, assisting in the implementation and delivery of local marketing plans, including PR, digital, social, event and other related brand marketing initiatives.
  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day marketing enquiries and approvals.
  • Coordinate the planning, briefing and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintaining and updating brand marketing calendars, sharing these with relevant teams in a timely manner
  • Ownership of aspects of marketing campaigns and projects as directed.
  • Perform post campaign evaluation and recap on regional landscape for learning and evaluation.
  • Compile monthly reports to analyse campaigns and evaluate market / activation success.
  • Support in the approval of relevant third-party marketing materials as directed and ensure that all materials adhere to the brand templates and standards as set out by the Global Franchise Brand Management Teams.
  • Provide support on the management of marketing competitions and disseminate prizing as required.
  • Co-ordinate team meetings to discuss activations, market developments and campaign results as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation decks, creating product profile sell sheets.
  • Assist with the budget process by raising PO’s, invoice processing, and tracking, as directed by the team.
  • Update and submit budget tracker on a monthly basis to ensure accurate reflection of payments in budget.
  • Participate in organization, copywriting, and execution of brand assets as requested:
    • Download and consolidate global assets from central systems
    • Work with Regional team for creating local marketing communication tools
    • Adaptations of marketing assets based on Global templates for local social media execution
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Support customer service and handle customer enquiries
  • Undertake general administrative tasks as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Around 3-5 years of relevant experience under a fast-paced environment, ideally from FMCG industry
  • Experience with social media and family-focused consumer media
  • A strong understanding of marketing opportunities for family brands
  • First class organizational skills with the ability to juggle several priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
  • Resourceful and pro-active with the ability to work independently
  • A team player
  • Good presentation building skills
  • Administrative skills and knowledge of computer packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook essential
