The Application Access Governance (AAG) Sales Director (individual contributor) will serve as a key member of the Revenue Team and lead key sales aspects of our AAG strategy for the Americas sales team. This role will be responsible for leading sales presentations, training and developing sales staff, working with product and product marketing teams to develop the overall strategy for our AAG line of business. This is a Remote role based in the US.
Go-to-Market – Be part of crafting and executing against overall AAG sales strategy. Drive business conversations and presentations through the entire customer lifecycle to maximize revenue.
Execution – Drive profitable subscription revenue growth in a purposeful way. Assess and improve upon current AAG partnerships. Create and execute short- and long-term partner strategies. The ultimate goal is to build a highly metric-driven and predictable revenue stream.
Scale - Propose & implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate ambitious & exciting growth +$5m ARR.
Training and Development – Train and enable field Sales Directors including business use cases, key competitors, market drivers, etc.
Customer Advocate - Work closely with marketing and product organizations to create a strong and collaborative partnership that will ensure success in competitive positioning, market awareness, and execution.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
