We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product team in Perth and are currently looking for a Product Manager to join the team. 

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven solutions that enhance player engagement, optimise the store experience, and improve onboarding for one of our largest products.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance the store of our largest product, improving the purchasing experience and player satisfaction. 
• Design and implement engaging free-to-play features, onboarding experiences, and player engagement strategies. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, Design, and Engineering, to develop and deliver high-impact product improvements.
• Use data and insights to measure product performance, define success metrics, and refine strategies for continued growth.

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience in product management within a fast-paced technology or digital business.
• Proven track record of delivering products iteratively using modern methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
• Prior social gaming or related experience is a plus but not required.
