About The Role

The primary responsibility of the Special Project Engagement Manager is to manage stakeholders (internal and external), oversee SOP implementation, ensure the project is executed in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

Stakeholder engagement
Managing communications with stakeholders
Ensures SOP implementation for stakeholders including reward and sanctions
Review project timeliness and process
Ensuring project target is achieved
Implementation of QA & QC assessment
Gathering effective feedback on the projects

What You Will Need

A minimum of 5 years work experience in Operations or Sales, 8 years in total work experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Have solid experience in cross functional project,
Great communication skills both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia, networking
Strong business acumen
Have proven experience in complex projects and delivering results
Fast learner, can work in an ambiguous setting
