What We Need:
GosuGamers is looking for a Social Community Executive to drive engagement and build a thriving community for our gaming and entertainment brand in Thailand. This role requires a deep understanding of the local gaming culture, exceptional content creation skills, and the ability to engage with Thai-speaking audiences.
About You:

Social media and content creation is your natural habitat: you know how platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, the cultures of these online spaces, and the trends that emerge there (including memes!)
Good to have: Insider network and direct connections with infl uencers, community groups, players, teams
In tune with the latest gaming and entertainment trends, breaking news, and the competitive scene in esports
You spend time following and consuming various gaming and entertainment content such as watching competitive gameplays, content creators’ streams, etc
Love to create visual content such as memes, GIFs, create fun and engaging content (videos) for the community
Time Management: The ability to plan, monitor, and execute according to a timeline
Market knowledge: You are familiar with the gaming, esports, and entertainment landscape in Thailand
Energy level: Talking to you on any platform fuels people’s interest and motivation for the title. Bubbly yet on point
Professionalism: You uphold yourself to the highest standard when it comes to producing content, taking pride in your work
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management and Content Creation
Conceptualise and curate viral and engaging localised Thai gaming and entertainment social media content for the community that users enjoy sharing, including videos, images, infographics, memes etc
Translate and adapt relevant global English content into Thai while ensuring cultural relevance and tone consistency
Coordinate with the writing team, designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality multimedia content
Negotiate and partner with KOLs/talents directly on possible collaboration for content creation
Plan and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent brand presence on Thai digital platforms (Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, etc.)
Monitor trends in the Thai gaming and entertainment industry and leverage them for content strategy
Analyze community feedback and provide insights to improve engagement and content strategies
Prepare and provide monthly social media reports on community engagement, social content performance, and campaign success
On-Ground Coverage
Conduct on-ground tournament/event coverage at relevant esports/gaming events and create content live through basic graphics/video editing (eg. CapCut)
Coordinate and liaise with cross-function teams, pro-teams, players, KOLs/talents, photographers, videographers, vendors, and other external communication partners to create content
Community Engagement and Growth
Build a Gosu persona on social media in various titles’ community (Be the voice behind GosuGamers)
Actively engage with our online community across all social media platforms like Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the Thai gaming community.
Foster relationships with influencers, streamers, esports teams, and key opinion leaders in Thailand.
Organize and support community events, tournaments, and live streams to increase brand visibility.
Performs other day-to-day duties assigned by the Marketing Manager/Content Lead.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
Based in Bangkok, Thailand
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communications, business, or related field preferred
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or community engagement: Minimum 3 years experience and above
Fluent in Thai (native level) and English (professional proficiency)
Experience in gaming, esports, and entertainment industry is a huge plus
A good understanding of media, social media, gaming and entertainment landscape
Able to create PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva for presentation and conduct presentations
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and social media/reel video-editing (eg. Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut etc)
Strong understanding of Thai social media trends and platforms
A keen learner, good communicator, and independent team player who can multi-task and work under pressure
Able to meet tight deadlines and flexible to adapt to changes
Meticulous and with a keen eye for detail
Proven experience developing social media plans and campaigns
Metrics-driven marketing individual with an eye for creativity
Dedicated, mature and enjoys working in the media industry
