Job Description

As an Architecture Senior Specialist at SISAL, you will be involved in international projects, translating technical and business requirements into architectural and technological deliverables. You'll collaborate with teams across Ireland, India, and other locations. Leveraging your expertise in cloud-native, DevOps, microservices, and serverless architectures, you will drive innovation and excellence within the Cross Modules & Lottery Front End team. Responsibilities include evaluating requirements, designing and implementing architectural solutions, and ensuring project success. This role reports to the Platform Manager within the Digital Factory department.

Must have:

3+ years experience in designing and implementing architectural solutions
STEM degree
Excellent knowledge of architectural standards, front-end/back-end languages, functional analysis
Excellent English and Italian proficiency
Understanding of modern IT architecture paradigms (cloud-native, DevOps, microservices, serverless)

Good to have:

Software development experience
Functional analysis or team leadership experience
Basic project management knowledge
Familiarity with Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages

For our client company SISAL, a leader in the gaming and betting industry, we are looking for an Architecture Senior Specialist who will be part of the Cross Modules & Lottery Front End team in the Digital Factory department, reporting directly to the Platform Manager.

What You'll Do

Be involved in various international projects, evaluating technical and business requirements and translating them into architectural and technological deliverables.
Collaborate with teams across Ireland, India, and other locations to ensure project success
Utilize your expertise in cloud-native, DevOps, microservices, and serverless architectures to drive innovation and excellence

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing architectural solutions.
Degree in STEM fields.
Excellent knowledge of architectural standards, front-end and back-end languages, or functional analysis.
Excellent proficiency in English and Italian, spoken and written.
Understanding of architectural standards, design patterns, key components, and modern IT architecture paradigms (e.g., cloud-native, DevOps, microservices, serverless).

Nice to Have

Previous experience in software development, functional analysis, or team leadership.
Basic knowledge of project management.
Familiarity with specific technologies such as Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
